Richard Garrick serves as Vice President of Manufacturing for SCLM Commercial Real Estate & Development, advising manufacturing and industrial clients on strategic growth, site selection, and operational expansion. With more than 30 years of global manufacturing leadership experience, he has built and led complex industrial organizations across the Americas and international markets. Richard helps manufacturers align facility investments, supply chains, and expansion strategies with long-term business objectives.

He previously served as Regional President of the Americas for Walter Tools, a Sandvik company, where he doubled revenue to $300 million through strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions, and operational improvements. Earlier in his career, he helped scale Precorp from a startup into a global advanced manufacturing company serving aerospace and automotive OEMs worldwide.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University and completed executive studies at the Stockholm School of Economics. His leadership combines technical expertise, operational insight, and commercial strategy to help manufacturing companies expand, invest wisely, and remain competitive in evolving global markets today.
