Peggy began her career in design and renovation project management, focusing on building corporate data centers, designing retail showrooms, and crafting custom residential spaces. These early experiences provided her with a strong foundation in design, project management, and client collaboration.

She later transitioned into corporate business development, taking on practice management roles at EDS, Oracle, and Deloitte & Touche. In these roles, Peggy refined her skills in strategic planning and relationship building, further expanding her professional expertise.

Her passion for design and planning led Peggy to partner with the City of San Antonio on sustainable commercial redevelopment projects. More recently, she was honored to participate in a leadership program led by the Economic Development team and Main Street America, where she spearheaded volunteer efforts to revitalize the Northeast Corridor of San Antonio.

As a licensed REALTOR with KW Commercial Realty, Peggy now specializes in brownfield and greenfield development as well as economic development for small local businesses.
