Nikki Francis, a San Diego native with over 40 years of experience in design, construction, development, and commercial real estate, has built a distinguished career. She began as a logistics manager at Target Corporation, before transitioning into architecture, engineering, and construction, working with award-winning firms like NTD Stichler and E Edge, specializing in education and medical facilities. 

She then joined SGPA Architecture & Planning, focusing on retail development, senior housing, and mixed-use projects. Nikki's expertise expanded as Regional Marketing Manager for Harley Ellis Devereaux, a leader in sustainable design, before moving into asset management for CBRE, managing a $60 million dollar portfolio. 

In 2014, Nikki shifted to commercial real estate and business brokerage, currently serving as Managing Director for KW Commercial, a division of the world's largest brokerage. Her extensive experience and leadership make her a key figure in the commercial real estate industry.
