Karen Thomas, CCIM brings decades of knowledge, expertise and experience on the local and national levels to commercial strategies and solutions. Having worked for a national, public company, Karen has led transactions throughout the country including San Francisco, Glendale, Charlotte, Chicago, Austin and Atlanta. She has a keen understanding of business needs, corporate strategies and works to negotiate the best terms being experienced on “both sides of the table”.

Karen also, as Operations Director for a Regional Developer, facilitated portfolios of commercial real estate properties of varying product types from office to industrial. With a vacancy rate of 5% overall, her team managed nearly 1,000 tenants and 2 million square feet of space – including commercial associations in Northern Nevada.

Located in Las Vegas, Karen is the Managing Director of KW Commercial | Keller Williams VIP and has practiced local brokerage throughout Nevada since 2015. With her partnerships and client-reach, and network throughout Nevada and the country, Karen is uniquely positioned with her team to manage most transactions and strategies.

Karen’s unwavering commitment to commercial real estate is shown by her serving as a Director for the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter while liaising the Candidate Guidance and Membership Committees. She also is a Director of CALV – the Commercial Alliance of the Las Vegas Realtors, spearheading commercial education and elevating standards of practice in the State of Nevada.

In her spare time, Karen enjoys time with family, golfing and travel.
