With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, John is a seasoned industry leader who is proficient at organizing and leading teams designed to leverage his extensive experience and industry relationships to provide optimal solutions and mitigate risk for his clients and colleagues.

John started his career as a CPA at Price Waterhouse Coopers where he first discovered his passion for commercial real estate. His real estate career includes senior leadership positions at renowned firms like JLL Capital Markets, CBRE, and Duke Realty Investments. He currently serves as the National Industrial Division Leader for KW Commercial. His expertise spans tenant representation, industrial site selection and development, equity and debt procurement, financial underwriting and analysis, and investment strategy execution. John’s teams have supported clients across various asset types, providing them with optimal real estate solutions.
