Joe began his real estate career in 2002, quickly establishing himself by selling six homes in his first six months. When the housing market crashed, many agents left the industry, but Joe pivoted to commercial real estate. He assisted his first client with leasing and selling multi-tenant properties, and they have remained friends ever since. This marked the beginning of his focus on commercial real estate, which includes single and multi-tenant properties, as well as industrial, office, and retail spaces.
Before entering the real estate sector, Joe had a successful career in the office equipment and early personal computer industries. He held various positions, ranging from local sales representative to District Manager and Director of Sales.
