Jeffrey Bornstein serves as the Director of Client Services at SCLM South Florida/Miami, bringing over 23 years of expertise across various asset classes. His extensive experience includes representing corporate entities in property acquisitions and dispositions, as well as tenant and landlord representation. Notably, Jeffrey acted as the National Tenant Representative for a Nuclear Compounding Pharmacy firm across the U.S., including their Orlando headquarters. His expertise extends to development sites for all asset classes, and he has managed high-profile projects such as portfolio dispositions for Fifth Third Bank, residential subdivision developments, and property transactions involving Cumberland Farms, BP Amoco, and the Elks Club. Additionally, Jeffrey has represented municipalities in infrastructure land purchases, roadway vacates, and Florida Department of Transportation takings.
Jeffrey is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers, the CCIM Institute (as a candidate), and the Realtors Commercial Association. He also serves as Director for KW Government Services South Florida. A proud alumnus of Florida State University, where he earned a BFA, Jeffrey is also a Vietnam veteran, having served in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
