James Clark Jr. is a commercial real estate brokerage leader with extensive experience in sales, leasing, and national portfolio strategy. He led the launch of Colliers International in Norfolk, building the office from the ground up, and later founded and operated his own commercial brokerage, Statewide Commercial advising owners, developers, and investors across multiple asset classes and markets.
James’ career has been primarily focused on the industrial sector, with deep expertise in supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing real estate. He specializes in complex transactions, market expansion strategies, and the development of scalable brokerage platforms.
He also designed, built, and implemented a proprietary commercial real estate technology platform, CRE Vault, created to address critical gaps in the industry and deployed directly with clients in collaboration with cross-industry technology partners.
