Duncan’s extensive commercial-corporate real estate experience spans multiple sectors, including industrial, tenant representation, government, and corporate real estate both in the US and internationally. He has led transactions such as sale-leasebacks, office parks, high-density residential developments, brownfields redevelopment, and renewable energy projects. A highlight of his career was completing a $15M acquisition of a three-building complex in Acton, MA, in September 2021. His Northeast Team was instrumental in completing 15 leases during the challenging post-COVID period.

Duncan’s client list includes Texas Instruments, Switzer-Mauduit International, Medical Specialties Distributors, and Tropicana. As Senior VP at The Staubach Company and Jones Lang LaSalle, he handled complex office and industrial transactions, focusing on site selection, strategic planning, and portfolio management for high-tech corporations and government agencies. He was involved in the successful Dublin Crossing project for the US Army Reserves, raising $125M for their MLCON.

A retired Army Colonel, Duncan also has significant government real estate experience, having overseen a 2.1M SF portfolio for the Army Reserves. He directed real estate operations during Nortel Networks’ hyper-growth period and managed expansions for Bay Networks and Analog Devices. His Northeast RE Solutions Team won the 2023 Top Commercial Team award at KW North Central Realty, and he received the 2024 NAR Massachusetts Commercial Broker Award.
