Donna is a dynamic community leader and a CCIM candidate dedicated to helping others achieve their dreams, whether through business success, facility development, or personal growth. With extensive experience in commercial real estate, she excels in tenant representation, property acquisition, development, and real estate investments. Donna also has a strong background in non-profit leadership, business development, marketing, and fundraising.

As the former CEO of CASA of Northeast Arkansas, Donna doubled the organization’s capacity, earning recognition as a finalist for High Impact Non-profit of 2016. She also served as interim CEO of BizTech in Huntsville, Alabama, securing significant city funding for its operations. Donna is a past board member on various city and non-profit boards, including the Huntsville City Planning Commission and the Women's Economic Development Council.

A lover of tennis, hiking, reading, and art, Donna enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, three daughters, and three grandchildren.
