David Neault, CCIM, originally from Montclair, California, makes his home in Rancho Cucamonga with his wife, Sharon, and their daughters, Brenna and Dana. Their eldest son, William, is married and living in Southern California. In 1986, David graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, completing a dual major in History and Psychology. His career path eventually led him to commercial real estate, where he has built a long-standing reputation for knowledge, commitment, and results.
Today, David serves as Managing Director at KW Commercial Real Estate, focusing on sales, acquisitions, leasing, and development of office, industrial, and commercial properties across San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Over the past 38 years, he has successfully leased and sold millions of square feet for clients both locally and nationwide. In 2004, he earned the prestigious CCIM designation and continues to stay active in various business and civic organizations.
