David Dunaway is Director of Client Services at SCLM, focusing on industrial properties in Dallas/Fort Worth and North Texas. With over three decades of combined experience in technology sales and commercial real estate, David brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to his real estate practice, particularly in the industrial and manufacturing markets.

As a commercial real estate professional, David has closed over $30 million in property transactions, specializing in flex, manufacturing and automotive properties. His expertise extends to tenant representation, where he has established a track record of securing advantageous lease terms for clients. 

Prior to his real estate career, David spent 30 years in technology sales, including 12 years at Cisco Systems and 6 years at Hewlett Packard. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas, Dallas.
