Chaundra, originally from New York City, began her real estate journey in 2005 when she earned her real estate license. Over the next nine years, she honed her expertise at Massey Knakal, one of the city’s top commercial real estate sales firms. In 2014, she took a bold leap of faith and relocated to Houston, Texas, where she has since built a thriving commercial real estate business. Her achievements have led to her current role as Chief Operations Officer of SCLM Commercial Real Estate & Development Group, where she focuses on key industries such as Industrial, Energy, Aerospace, Food & Beverage, and Entertainment/Arts.

With nearly two decades of experience, Chaundra has established herself as a trusted leader in the commercial real estate industry. Her expertise spans market analysis, business development, and crafting innovative solutions tailored to her clients' unique needs. She has a proven track record of success, working with clients ranging from small businesses to large-scale projects.

In addition to her role as COO, Chaundra serves as the Commercial Managing Director of KW Commercial Houston and as KW Commercial's Regional Ambassador for South Texas. She holds the Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist certification and is a candidate for the prestigious CCIM designation, reflecting her unwavering commitment to excellence in the field.

An avid lover of the water and fishing, Chaundra resides along Galveston Bay with her husband, Andy, and their lively “small farm,” which includes six dogs, three cats, a mini donkey, and a bearded dragon! In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time at the beach.
