Role and Responsibilities: Robert is the Vice President of Corporate Strategies for SCLM and Regional Leader for the Northeastern United States. Robert focuses on key industry sectors such as Automotive, Industrial (Tools, Equipment, Machinery, HVAC), Technology, Rail & Railroads, Aerospace, Medical (Supplies, Equipment, Devices), and Hospital/Healthcare Systems.
Commercial Real Estate Experience: Robert is an accomplished Commercial Realtor® and CCIM with extensive experience in site selection for Industrial and Multifamily developments, investment sales, and portfolio management. Throughout his career, Robert has successfully worked with clients from across the globe.

Before his current role, with over two decades of sales management and customer relationship management, Robert has honed a robust skill set encompassing project management, strategic planning, and data analysis. Throughout his career, Robert has demonstrated a unique ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive innovative solutions, and enhance operational efficiency. One such key role was such as a Global Account Manager at Dell Technologies, where he was a trusted advisor for Fortune 50 companies with a focus on the automotive and manufacturing industries worldwide, in providing business solutions to accomplish their strategic goals. Robert’s leadership and dedication have been instrumental in launching new businesses and developing talent.
