Role and Responsibilities: Doug is the Vice President of Corporate Strategies for SCLM and Regional Leader for the Western United States. Doug focuses on key industry sectors such as Aerospace, Education, 3PL, Trucking, Utilities, and Entertainment.
Commercial Real Estate Experience: Doug is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions and dispositions for retail, industrial, multifamily, and land transactions. Throughout his career, Doug has successfully closed deals in over 35 states for notable clients such as HEB, Crumbl, Massage Heights, AGG Transport, Maronda Homes, Clean Eatz, and Sunmed. He is closing in on 2 million square feet transacted.
