Karl brings over 18 years of experience consulting globally across commercial real estate, property and casualty insurance, investment and retail banking, technology, pharma, and advertising. At HVNY Commercial, he leverages his unique blend of corporate and entrepreneurial expertise to deliver exceptional commercial real estate (CRE) advisory services to clients in the Hudson Valley. With his extensive background advising global and mid-market firms, Karl brings a combination of strategic vision and data-focused solutions tailored to meet his clients’ unique CRE needs.

Before joining HVNY Commercial, Karl led global and regional initiatives at JP Morgan, AIG, IPG, Becton Dickinson, and Corebridge Financial, including the design and implementation of AIG’s Global Property and Casualty Underwriting University and a portfolio of large-scale projects across multiple continents and industries.  Karl is a member and candidate pursuing the CCIM Designation and belongs to regional Chambers of Commerce, NYSCAR, HGAR and other organizations.
