Role and Responsibilities: Doug is the Vice President of Corporate Strategies for SCLM and Regional Leader for the Western United States. Doug focuses on key industry sectors such as Aerospace, Education, 3PL, Trucking, Utilities, and Entertainment.

Commercial Real Estate Experience: Doug is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions and dispositions for retail, industrial, multifamily, and land transactions. Throughout his career, Doug has successfully closed deals in over 35 states for notable clients such as HEB, Crumbl, Massage Heights, AGG Transport, Maronda Homes, Clean Eatz, and Sunmed. He is closing in on 2 million square feet transacted.Before his current role, Doug built a solid foundation in the commercial real estate industry. His experience spans various sectors and geographic areas, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the Industrial marketplace. He has a national reputation for his ability to close deals efficiently and effectively, which has been a significant factor in his career growth and success.

Education: Doug earned his degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Texas at San Antonio, which has given him a strong foundation in the industry.

Personal Interests: Outside of his professional life, Doug enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, and playing music.
