With over 60 years of experience, our founders, Mark Johnson and John Merrill, bring deep expertise from the supply chain & logistics and commercial real estate & development sectors. They have navigated both successes and challenges, worked with incredible talent here in the US and abroad, gaining invaluable insights that shape SCLM™’s innovative approach.
Our company’s strength lies in the complementary skills of our team members. Mark has a rich background in global supply chain and logistics, leading teams and developing solutions for complex business challenges across several industries, prior to leveraging that experience in commercial real estate. John brings extensive knowledge of commercial real estate, development and investment, having overseen numerous high-profile capital and investment projects and significantly contributing to the growth of various customer enterprises prior to joining KW Commercial and leading the Industrial division.
