Role and Responsibilities: As the Vice President of Commercial Services and Regional Leader for the Southeastern United States, Sam is responsible for overseeing all market activity in the region, including leasing, sales, valuation, and client procurement. Sam’s strategic focus includes Utilities, Construction, Building Materials, Trucking, and Entertainment industry sectors.
Commercial Real Estate Experience: Sam’s experience has given him substantial exposure to representing all sides of a transaction, whether it be leases or client acquisitions and dispositions. Sam also has experience in the portfolio management/property management side of the industrial sector.

Before SCLM, Sam worked in the technology industry as part of a technical team, maintaining strong client relationships, product development, and product quality and compliance.
Education: Louisiana State University (Baton Rouge, LA)
Personal Background & Interests: Sam is a native Texan raised in South Carolina due to his father’s and grandfather’s involvement in the steel industry. Throughout his life, Sam has maintained strong relationships across the southeastern region and is proud to be a part of the continued growth and development of the region he calls home. When not working, Sam enjoys traveling around the country and abroad, hunting, skiing, golfing, clay pigeon shooting, and spending time with his family and dog.
