Mark Johnson leverages his deep understanding of supply chain and logistics, gained from his leadership roles in both domestic and global organizations. His experience spans operations, solutions design, and executive leadership across several business sectors, ensuring SCLM™’s clients receive optimized and innovative solutions.
John Merrill brings a wealth of knowledge from the commercial real estate and development sector. His track record includes overseeing high-profile capital projects and contributing significantly to business growth, positioning SCLM™ as a leader in the industry.

Mark L. Johnson is the Co-Founder and CEO of SCLM™, a leading national real estate firm focused on the growth of supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing companies. With over 30 years of experience, Mark is a seasoned business leader adept at motivating teams, developing innovative products and services, entering new markets, and driving customer growth.
John Merill
Chief Development & Investment Officer & Regional Leader – US Midwest | Co-Founder | Partner
John D Merrill is the Co-Founder | Chief Development & Investment Officer of SCLM™, a leading national real estate firm focused on the growth of U.S. middle-market companies in supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing. John will also serve as the Regional Leader for the Midwest Region.
Chaundra Hugel Broughton
Chief Operations Officer
Chaundra, originally from New York City, began her real estate journey in 2005 when she earned her real estate license. Over the next nine years, she honed her expertise at Massey Knakal, one of the city’s top commercial real estate sales firms. In 2014, she took a bold leap of faith and relocated to Houston, Texas, where she has since built a thriving commercial real estate business. Her achievements have led to her current role as Chief Operations Officer of SCLM™, where she focuses on key industries such as Industrial, Energy, Aerospace, Food & Beverage, and Entertainment/Arts.
Robert Sherwood, CCIM
Vice President of Corporate Services & Regional Leader for the Southeastern United States.
Robert is the Vice President of Corporate Services & Regional Leader for the Southeastern United States. Robert focuses on key industry sectors such as Automotive, Industrial (Tools, Equipment, Machinery, HVAC), Technology, Rail & Railroads, Aerospace, Medical (Supplies, Equipment, Devices), and Hospital/Healthcare Systems.
Susan Williamson
Country Vice President – Canada
Since 1997, Susan has been a trusted partner for business owners navigating the commercial real estate landscape. Her approach is rooted in the belief that every client and transaction is unique, and she prides herself on delivering tailored solutions that align with your specific business needs. Jaime Roberto Robledo Rubio
Country Vice President – Mexico
Jaime’s career starting in government services where he led administrative and finance teams for the Mexican government tax authority. After a transition to commercial real estate, Jaime focused on office, retail and ultimately industrial real estate representing some of the largest industrial centers in the Guadalajara area. A visionary leader, Jaime, now leads SCLM in Mexico and works closely with our US and other international team members to bring innovative ‘cross-border’ CRE and development solutions to clients.

Paul Moulins is a Partner and Managing Director at KW Commercial New York, bringing over 23 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. Paul has built a strong reputation for earning the trust of business owners, investors, sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants in this competitive industry.
Logan “Hank” Babin, III, CRE®, MBA
Regional Vice President- South Central US
Hank has built a distinguished career in commercial real estate in South Louisiana, combining over 25 years of expertise with leadership roles in the industry and community. In 2025, he merged his family’s real estate practice to become Director of Commercial Real Estate for KW Commercial South and Market Vice President for Louisiana and Mississippi with SCLM™.
