Richard “Rick” Voor serves as VP Global Markets for SCLM™, leading an international team with active corridors across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. His mandate is to connect capital, land, and occupiers across borders — serving US companies expanding internationally and foreign energy, manufacturing, and logistics firms seeking US industrial operations.
Rick brings a personal network of more than 3,000 business leaders and professionals across dozens of countries, built through eighteen years of international formation and engagement across Europe, Latin America, and North America. That network, combined with nine years as a licensed Commercial General Appraiser at a major US financial institution, gives him an unusual combination of global relationship access and institutional analytical discipline.
He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, holds active Florida Real Estate Broker and Commercial General Appraiser licenses, and is completing his CCIM designation.
