Peggy Wolfe-Jones

Peggy Wolfe-Jones helps businesses connect their real estate and facility needs with the resources and relationships to move forward. As Director, Client Services with SCLM, she brings experience in commercial real estate, electricity procurement, project coordination and business development to support clients evaluating locations, planning expansion and addressing operational needs.

Her background includes design and renovation project management, corporate data center and retail showroom projects, and business development and practice management roles with EDS, Oracle and Deloitte & Touche. Her recent work includes commercial tenant representation, leasing coordination, vendor management and property readiness, giving her a practical understanding of the details that affect occupancy and ongoing operations.

Peggy also serves as Chief Strategic Partnerships Officer with UMIP, where she develops relationships supporting the use of persistent identifiers to connect property and infrastructure information over time. This work complements her interest in helping real estate owners, businesses and public-sector organizations improve access to reliable building information.

Through San Antonio’s RevitalizeSA program and the North East San Antonio Rising Alliance (NESARA), Peggy works with local businesses, neighborhood organizations and city stakeholders on corridor revitalization and business engagement. She brings that same collaborative approach to SCLM: understanding client priorities, connecting the right expertise and helping coordinate next steps.
