Nino Pascolati brings 16 years of Commercial Real Estate sales, leasing, and management experience to his clients. He specializes in Land, 1031 Exchanges, and Business Parks. Since 2008, he developed relationships with Corporate Clients and Asset Managers: US Bank, Indymac, Chase Bank, and others. He is a former property management company owner and CEO. Today, he is a CCIM candidate, pursuing the designation.
Nino Pascolati and his team provide value added services: the property management role, by working skillfully with the tenants; the contractor role, supporting vendors to prepare the properties for lease and/or sale. His Internet research and marketing skills add value by moving properties into escrow or leased-up status.
