Before joining SCLM™, he served as Vice President at CBRE for 14 years, advising clients on investment sales, portfolio growth, and strategic market positioning. Matt began his brokerage career with Marcus & Millichap, where he built a strong foundation in underwriting, investment analysis, and property marketing that continues to guide his approach today.
