Frank Asta is a Licensed U.S. Customs Broker and founder of FCA Trade Advisory Services, LLC, with more than 40 years of experience in Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, international trade, and global supply chain management. His career includes senior leadership and advisory roles supporting companies across diverse industries, with expertise in Customs operations, trade compliance, supply chain strategy, business development, and organizational leadership.

Frank also advises on mergers and acquisitions within the Customs brokerage, freight forwarding, and logistics sectors, including target identification, due diligence, transaction strategy, and post-merger integration. His approach combines hands-on operational experience, regulatory expertise, and commercial insight to help organizations manage risk, improve performance, and create long-term value.

Frank resides in the Sarasota, Florida area with his wife of 37 years. For more than 30 years, he has supported Chesapeake Bay Retriever rescue and is currently volunteering with a local animal rescue organization in Englewood, Florida.
