Steve Massell is a Lifetime and Phoenix–Designated member of the Million Dollar Club, an exclusive society of real estate professionals in The Greater Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He is also part of an elite group of commercial real estate brokers who have earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. This degree is recognized as the highest accreditation in the industry and is often referred to as the “PhD of Real Estate.”

Steve entered commercial real estate in 1987, building on a legacy of three generations of commercial real estate expertise. As a former president of the Buckhead Business Association and the son of a former Atlanta mayor, he has built a solid network of contacts among political, media, and business leaders. His areas of focus include Tenant Representation, Land and Developed Property Acquisition and Disposition, and Commercial Real Estate Advisory Services.
