Michael G. Gibson is a St. Louis-based commercial real estate advisor, broker, investor, and transformational coach with more than 40 years of real estate experience. He serves as Director of KW Commercial in St. Louis and is a member of the SCLM™ Rail Sector Team, specializing in industrial real estate, rail-served properties, rail-adjacent assets, trucking, transportation, and logistics-oriented real estate.
Mike helps property owners and transportation users solve complex real estate challenges by turning industrial property into a strategic logistics advantage. His work focuses on land, truck parking, outside storage, terminal facilities, IOS sites, rail-served industrial properties, and transportation-related assets across the Midwest.
