Mark L. Johnson is CEO and Co-Founder of SCLM Companies, a growth-enablement platform that helps domestic and international companies accelerate growth by aligning strategy, operations, infrastructure, capital, technology, and market execution. He leads the company’s enterprise strategy, platform development, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives across North America and international markets.

With more than three decades of executive leadership experience, Mark has built a career at the intersection of supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, and business growth. Prior to founding SCLM, he held senior leadership positions with Deutsche Post DHL Supply Chain, Exel, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, XPO Logistics, ID Logistics, and International SOS, where he led large-scale operations, business development, customer growth, and market expansion initiatives across global organizations.

Throughout his career, Mark and the teams he has led have contributed more than $3 billion in new business growth. He is recognized for bridging strategy and execution, helping organizations connect commercial objectives with the people, processes, infrastructure, and partnerships required to achieve sustainable growth and long-term enterprise value.
