Lauren J. Coombs, CCIM is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor specializing in industrial, land, and redevelopment advisory throughout Southern California. Licensed as a broker since 2010, her experience spans commercial brokerage, real estate development, and corporate real estate leadership across multiple market cycles.
She partners with property owners, tenants, and investors to structure acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, repositioning, and sale-leaseback strategies that align with their broader business and investment objectives. Her industry focus includes Aerospace, Construction, Consumer, Energy, Entertainment and Arts, and Industrial sectors, supporting logistics, manufacturing, and infrastructure-driven companies throughout the region.
