Chris Abel serves as Director Client Services for the SCLM™ Companies, partnering with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing leaders to align real estate and facility strategy with operational growth. With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience and over $44 million in recently closed transactions, Chris brings deep expertise in industrial, warehouse, flex, and land assets across the Greater Houston market and surrounding industrial corridors.
His background as both broker and principal gives him a rare ownership-level perspective, enabling him to advise clients on acquisition, disposition, site selection, and development decisions that directly support throughput, distribution, and production goals. Chris holds an MBA from the University of Houston and undergraduate degrees in Finance and Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a CCIM candidate.
