Ary Putera is Director of Client Services at SCLM™ Commercial Real Estate & Development, serving Dallas–Fort Worth and North Texas. With a background in supply chain, logistics, and data analytics, he brings a structured, insight-driven approach to commercial real estate. Ary specializes in property sales, leasing, and investment strategy, working with business owners, investors, and developers to maximize value across office, retail, industrial, and multifamily assets.
His expertise in market analysis and negotiation enables clients to make informed, profitable decisions aligned with their long-term goals. Ary is known for delivering clear guidance, efficient execution, and data-backed strategies in every transaction.
Prior to real estate, he held roles at Bank of America, Nationstar Mortgage, and Siemens, where he developed strong capabilities in analytics, operations, and large-scale systems. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University, a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Walden University, and a Business Intelligence certification from SMU Cox.
